The accommodation

A cosy flat comprising a bright, open-plan room, suitable for 1 to 3 people.

(Not accessible to people with reduced mobility, as there are 3 small steps)

- 1 bedroom with a 160×200 bed (new

bedding) and a comfortable 80×190 sofa bed (new), arranged in the kitchen upon request. TV and video projector.

- Fully equipped kitchen including an oven,

fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, citrus juicer, multi-cooker and one induction hob.

A full set of crockery is provided, as well as

hand towels and tea towels,

and washing-up liquid.

Dishwasher and washing machine.

Steamer. Vacuum cleaner.

Essential groceries available: coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, rice, salt/pepper/spices, oil, vinegar. Tea towels, dishcloth and sponge.

Cool box containing picnic utensils (for 2)

- The small bathroom, which opens onto the bedroom, features a washbasin,

a shower (90/110cm). Towels provided; hairdryer, soap, shower gel, cotton buds, tissues and toilet paper available.

The toilet is separate.

No smoking.

Pets not allowed.

Parties prohibited.

Bicycles can be hired free of charge from the Tourist Office. Use of the gas griddle or barbecue is available on request.

Guest access

Guests have access to a terrace shared with the main house. The same applies to the garden.

A 5-minute walk from the town centre and local shops (bakery, butcher’s, tobacconist’s, pizzeria, etc.).

The Planet’Aire shopping centre and leisure complex is a 5-minute drive away.
