New house with a fully equipped terrace that can accommodate 1 to 4 people - It consists of an open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge with a surface area of 47 m², two bedrooms for 2 people, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine - a separate toilet.

I'm not asking for any cleaning costs, I'd be grateful if you could leave the accommodation clean, I'm just asking for a contribution of 9 € for the upkeep of my sheets.
