Hôtel La Sapinière

Set in wooded grounds with a panoramic view over Saint-Omer, Guillaume Rétaux and his team will be delighted to welcome you to their traditional, refined cuisine. The hotel-restaurant is located in the village of Wisques on the edge of the Via Francigena and close to the Saint-Paul and Notre-Dame abbeys.

The hotel is set in two hectares of green parkland. Most of its rooms are in cottages.

In the Victorian veranda of the traditional restaurant, classified as a Table gourmande and Hôtel Cosy by Logis de France, you can admire the panoramic view over Saint-Omer and the Flanders mountains as you savour gourmet cuisine with a regional flavour, the watchword being "home-made".
