A family business founded in 1962 in Blendecques, Biscuiterie Bourdon specialises in making waffles: Liège-style waffles with sugar pearls, traditional pure butter waffles, and fine wafers with vergeoise or chicory. Come and discover the whole range at the factory outlet!
Lucien Bourdon, the son and grandson of a baker, started the family business in 1962 in Blendecques (Pas-de-Calais), making fine waffles, a local speciality. At the time, his customers were market vendors and bakeries. Over the years, the company expanded, developing its range of waffles and working with the first supermarkets.
In 2001, having outgrown its existing premises, the family biscuit factory moved to a new workshop on the Helfaut industrial estate. Lucien Bourdon is now surrounded by his children and grandchildren, keen to perpetuate this traditional know-how.
