RATES:

LOW SEASON (all year except July and August)

-60€ per night (24h) during the week for a minimum of 2 days

-200€ per weekend

-400 per week

HIGH SEASON (July/August)

full week only

for €500 per week

Rates include all utilities (water, gas, electricity)

bed linen and towels are NOT provided

DEPOSIT of 400€ and insurance certificate required on arrival
