Since 2017, Memphis Longuenesse has been offering a real trip back in time, a break from the gloom inspired by real diners, where the musical atmosphere meets meticulous decoration coupled with a typically American menu to share with family or friends.

The Memphis team offers you an extensive menu of exclusive American recipes, made with quality products, some of them devised by a MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). You'll find hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, grilled meats, as well as milkshakes, ice creams and authentic pastries! There's something for everyone! We're lucky enough to have a dynamic, friendly team on hand to help you enjoy our Happy Days universe!

The R&D department at our head office rigorously selects the ingredients for our dishes from a number of approved suppliers. We pay particular attention to the quality of the meats we use: our beef burgers are made using only fresh French minced meat!
