Elloo Wood
Situated between the Artois hills and the maritime plain, Tournehem, in the Hem valley, is an ancient medieval fortified town, as evidenced by the castle gate and the tower of Saint-Médard church. The main building material, as with traditional houses, is chalk, which outcrops underground here.
