La Ferme Bedague

Near Saint-Omer, in the heart of the Audomarois marshlands and the Parc Naturel Régional des Caps et Marais d'Opale, Alexandre Bedague offers you local, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and specialises in growing the Tilques carrot, a product with the Valeurs Parc label.

Very hardy and large in size, Tilques carrots are harvested only in the region. They can be recognised by their red-orange flesh, which is very fragrant and tasty.

This vegetable has contributed to the reputation of the Bedague farm, which has been asked by the Top Chef programme on M6 and Télématin on France 2 to present the characteristics of the Tilques carrot and its cultivation.
