This itinerary takes you from village to village, discovering the diversity of the landscapes surrounding the marsh, with 13 communes crossed. Along the way, you'll catch occasional glimpses of the marsh landscape, alternating between wooded stretches and country roads.

The highlight of the route is the ascent to the Moulin de Watten, which offers a superb panoramic view of the Audomarois. 53km long and with a steep gradient, this loop is aimed at cyclists who are used to this type of route.

La Maison du Marais

At the foot of the town of Saint-Omer, between the heritage centre and the marsh, the Maison du Marais offers you a chance to immerse yourself in all aspects of the marsh thanks to two new interactive exhibitions entitled "Chez Capiau, la vie d'un maraîcher" and "L'Aventure Sous-Marais". The team of eco-interpreters will also take you on a traditional boat tour to discover the flora and fauna of the wild and inhabited marshes. You might even be lucky enough to see the fish being fed... and why not try a snack on the terrace by the pier?
