La Ferme du Mont Vert

The Mont Vert farm in Alquines is one of 130 professional deer and fallow deer farms, and the only one in Hauts-de-France, known as cerviculture. This is real expertise, with everything done on site. The animals are reared in the open air and feed on the delicious grass of the high pastures. With a herd of 50 to 60 deer, the farm produces delicious terrines and confits. Right in the heart of the Parc naturel des Caps et Marais d'Opale, it's a haven of peace for these animals, who flourish in this meadow bordered by undergrowth.
