TOUR | Self-guided audio tours of the boat lift

Uncover the secrets of the Fontinettes Boat Lift, a jewel of industrial architecture. Step back in time to discover the history of this monument, which is unique in France. An audio-guided tour is available.

Museum visits with an audio guide are available daily from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00 in July and August.

Please note: Guided tours of the boat lift are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 2.30 pm and 4 pm (Wednesday to Saturday inclusive).

A ‘Sailors’ Knots’ workshop for children aged 6 to 10, accompanied by an adult, is available on Thursdays 23, 30 July and 13, 20 and 27 August, from 10.30 am to 12 noon at the Boat Lift.
