The oldest working grain distillery in France, the Distillerie Persyn has been producing a typical eau de vie from Northern France, Houlle genever, and whisky since 1812.

After a video projection, the tour takes visitors into the world of cereals, stills and oak wood, to discover the whole process of making these spirits.
