Le Steegan is a contraction of Steeve Fabien, the owner, and Morgane Planque, the manager, who both took over the Lecoq en Papillote restaurant on rue de Thérouanne in Saint Omer.

They will be introducing us to their new world, where the dishes will be above all traditional, concocted with local and regional produce by Morgane, who will be in charge of the stoves.

They will also be delighted to welcome you to their dining room for family meals or special events.
