Cathédrale Notre-Dame

Located in the heart of its former enclosure, Notre-Dame cathedral was included in the first list of Historic Monuments in 1840. It is renowned for being one of the richest cathedrals in France in terms of its furnishings. Its astrolabe clock (1558) and organ case (18th century) are two treasures. They are accompanied by masterpieces by Lebrun and Rubens. Other details offer surprise and wonder: marble and alabaster chapels, Baroque and Classical paintings, funerary monuments, cabinetwork, paving slabs...
