For over 30 years, the Frangins team has been welcoming you to Saint-Omer in the Audomarois region, in a hotel-restaurant ideally located for discovering a rich heritage. Comfort, relaxation and conviviality are the watchwords of our establishment.

In our restaurant, which seats 60 inside and 30 on the terrace, you can sample a selection of regional dishes, as well as our speciality: pierrade. Traditional, regional cuisine served in a friendly, relaxed setting in the historic heart of Saint Omer.

We cook traditional, authentic menus, prepared on site with fresh, quality produce and pesticide-free vegetables.
